The Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management enhances skills and builds knowledge in those management areas that improve delivery. The focus is on equipping graduates and mature public servants with sound understanding of organizational strategy, structure, systems and culture alongside key management skills that elevate performance. It is a one year program done in 3 modules that end with a project report.Students who complete the post graduate Diploma can if they wish continue to the Masters program. The student would have to apply to the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for consideration and be awarded Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management. This also means taking the extra modules for the Masters program.
