Candidates who have successfully completed A’ Level or a Diploma from any recognized institution or mature age candidate can apply to join this program.

Courses under BPAM

Some of the core courses include: HRM, Decentralization & Local Government Administration, Financial Administration, Public Budgeting, Rural & Urban Administration, NGO in Developing World, Public Sector Economics. Students also take Administrative Management, Disaster Management, and Government & Politics in Africa, Strategic Management, Ethics & Public Management, Management Consultancy, International Political Economy, Peace & Conflict Resolution, and Democracy & Human Rights.

Vital Information:

The BPAM program prepares administrators for the public and private sectors. A BPAM graduate can build a career in national and local government institutions, civil and parastatal organizations, private organizations and the NGO or non-profit sector.

Two principle passes at advanced level in any two subjects taught at secondary school level in Uganda or any other Country with equivalent schooling/education. A post-secondary school diploma from an accredited institution

A pass at mature age entry examination (offered by the University)
