Mrs. Keren-Happuch Kiconco Bita

Keren-Happuch Kiconco Bita Yeteise (Mrs) is a professional teacher for the last 20 years. She has worked at UCU since December, 2011. She has taught in various institutions at both secondary and post-secondary levels. She is also a development worker, and an administrator who has served in various capacities.

She holds the following qualifications; Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration & Management; PGD in Development Studies (Project planning and Mgt);   Bachelor of Development Studies; Diploma in Secondary Education    and a Certificate in Strategic Procurement & Logistics Management

Keren-Happuch has extensive knowledge in research; conducting research surveys, reviewing literature, collecting and analysing data and report writing as well.

While a lecturer, He taught various programs in the faculty although with a specific focus to public administration, his core area of specialization. In 2015, Mr. Katwesige was appointed to coordinate the Public Administration section in the university a position that he still holds to date. As a coordinator one of his main duties have been to assign load to staff and ensure that staff comply to the standards at the university. Peter has also been involved in curriculum review of the programs taught in Public Administration, an activity that is successful being executed. 

Areas of interest:
Public Policy, Civil society, Gender issues, Human Resource Management related issues some of which she has written on and about (unpublished).
